The Assistant Website Coordinator is responsible for managing a wide range of duties, most notably assisting in client website builds for Rockhouse Partners’ clients. This position requires working closely with the Rockhouse Partners web team. Typical projects will include website design and content population.  As skills progress, the Assistant Website Coordinator will manage site builds and communicate customizations with our development team. We’re looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, well organized and appreciates big picture thinking.


  • Designing website mockups for clients
  • Overseeing content population for client websites
  • Linking websites with our ticketing software for event population
  • Customizing websites through CSS & other backend tools
  • Managing the production of multiple sites at once


  • Experience with WordPress content management
  • Basic knowledge of CSS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and multi-task
  • Experience communicating with remote teams a plus
  • Graphic design & entertainment industry experience are a plus
