Meet Molly. If you’ve ever had a great experience with our call center, you can probably thank Molly (even if you didn’t have the joy of speaking to her directly). You see, Molly has been with Etix since 2006! She was hired at the inception of the Etix call center, and has been with us ever since. We’re lucky to have her, and we want you to know why.
We have a lot of music fans working with us, and Molly is one of the biggest. Her favorite band is The Smiths, she’s an avid vinyl collector, she can (and often will) recite all the lyrics to Billy Joel’s “We Didn’t Start the Fire” and heck, she was even named after a Beatles lyric!
Oh, and we’ll bet people have said “Good Golly, Miss Molly” to her more times than she’d like to remember—something she will neither confirm nor deny.
One of the things we love about Molly is her ability to bring Etix employees together to have a good time. She’s proud of the fact that she’s developed meaningful friendships with her co-workers and has even started Google+ community and mixtape exchange group within the office so that everyone can share their different tastes in music!
There was also that time she and the call center team built a full-sized tiki hut out of boxes of Lady Gaga headphones, but that’s a story for another blog post.
