Each year, we take our Etix Training curriculum on the road with Etix Live! Our carefully curated workshops allow users of all levels to increase their system understanding with feature-focused ticketing and marketing classes, networking opportunities, and one-on-one meetings with Etix staff.

  • There are a limited number of rooms secured for a discounted rate of $239 at Kimpton Aertson Hotel.

Lay the groundwork for marketing success with Etix. We’ll show you how to set up key tools, from integrating your Google Analytics property to building performances to optimize event discovery, so you can track results, reach the right audience, and sell more tickets with confidence.

You can create your Etix performances from scratch or copy from a template performance. We’ll share the information that copies from Event A to Event B and then get started. Let’s build together!

Let’s begin by reviewing the capabilities of Full Season and Mixed Fixed packages. Once we’re familiar with both package types, we’ll move forward with building them together.

Discover new ways to make your events more profitable with our data-focused features to increase sales, boost brand awareness and grow your customer database. Learn how to implement system social media features, execute ways to track sales and more.

Now that your Performance Details are set, let’s add your price codes, their price points, and schedule where they’re available. We’ll finish what we started.

Let’s begin by reviewing the capabilities of Flex and Flex with Groups packages.

Once we’re familiar with both package types, we’ll move forward with building them together.

Are you utilizing the various email tools that Etix has available within the system? Take a step in the right direction, and leave feeling confident you’re using all of Etix’s system email capabilities!

In this class, we’ll cover creating your user accounts and granting profile-based permissions. Granting the correct permissions for each profile will enable users to perform role-specific functions within the system. Ready, Set, Role Call.

Donations can be collected separately of ticket purchases online or in the box office. Patrons can donate to a campaign, opt into a recurring donation, or round up their total in the ticket purchase process. During this class, we’ll introduce you to the donation capabilies and show you how to create donations. Then we’ll look at reports that include donation transactions.

Fans are everywhere, and your events should be too! Join our Digital Marketing Director, Courtney Barwick, and Chief Product Officer, Chris Battaglino as they explore new ways to connect with audiences through the Etix Event Discovery Network, Google Events Integration, Seat Relay, and more. Learn how Etix’s ecosystem helps you connect with fans, and maximize exposure, all while maintaining seller trustworthiness and buyer security.

The rumors are true; we do have two different seating chart user experiences: Legacy and SeatSuite. During Part 1, we’ll introduce you to them both. Then we’ll show you how to assign a seating chart to a performance and hold, open, and kill seats using both Legacy and SeatSuite tools.

Learn how to create payment plans, enable auto pay, and reserve orders both online and in venue pos.  Additionally, we’ll review these orders in account manager and discover how to apply partial and full payments.

During Part 2, we’ll show you how to update price levels, add seat & section notes, and more using both Legacy & SeatSuite tools. Then we’ll review several seat status reports.

During Part 2, we’ll edit reserved orders with or without a payment plan, work through the renewal process and then wrap up with reporting for reserved orders and payment plans.

Discuss key ticketing and event topics with your peers and exchange ideas on best practices in this free-form series of table sessions.

Fraudsters never stop trying, but knowledge is your best defense. Learn how to recognize common fraud types, from triangulation fraud to card testing, and see how Etix tools like Smart Ticket Limits and Delayed Delivery protect your sales. We’ll also share easy best practices to help your team stay proactive and confident against future threats.

Day 2: Wednesday, February 11

Chargebacks can be confusing, but understanding your data is the key to control. We’ll unpack what chargebacks really are, explore how Etix reporting brings visibility to disputes, and share easy ways to identify unusual patterns before they become costly. You’ll leave ready to use your data to reduce risk and make smarter business decisions.

Discover Account Manager, the Etix customer portal that allows patrons to manage their tickets, memberships, and donations directly from their online account. Each patron can log into their account to make payments, request exchanges, and send tickets to their friends.

Did you know there are several tools that allow you to generate or edit performances in bulk? You can also manage your inventory across performances of your choice. Swish and Flick!

During Part 1, we’ll show you the patron’s experience from membership purchase, to receiving their digital membership card, to redeeming member tickets online or in the box office. Then we’ll cover how you would search for a subscriber, read their unique subscription details page, and the different renewal options. If time allows, we’ll start to create a membership together!

Continue the conversation with our session presenters in an open Q&A setting. Bring your lingering questions, real-world scenarios, or unique challenges for a deeper discussion around fraud prevention, chargebacks, and data protection.

Learn how to develop a Meta marketing strategy tailored to your organization’s goals. We’ll walk you through creating high-impact campaigns using Meta’s latest audience targeting and optimization strategies. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how Meta’s tools can amplify your marketing efforts, drive ticket sales, and reach new audiences. Whether you’re looking to refine your approach or start from scratch, this masterclass will provide you with the insights needed to get the most out of Meta.

Selling a ticket is one thing. After the sale is made and the tickets in possession of the patron, there are several things that could go awry. During this class, you’ll be resourced to locate patron orders and perform any action on the order to set things right!

During Part 2, we’ll finish creating our membership. We’ll show you how to upload external data like student ids or players codes if you’re not selling a true membership, but are using this feature to allow certain patrons to redeem discounted or free tickets with an id specific to them. We’ll create member ticket limits which protect the member ticket by the member id. Then we’ll wrap up with creating a Membership Upsell and viewing Membership Reports.

“Why aren’t tickets selling?” How many times have we all heard this question from management, promoters, board members, or other stakeholders? In this session, we’ll delve into real-world case studies to help you diagnose the most common marketing reasons for slow sales. We will explore key concepts like the conversion funnel and web traffic sources to uncover why fans may not be responding to your marketing efforts. Learn to interpret data from Etix reporting, Google Analytics, and Meta to gain actionable insights, address problems proactively, and answer those tough questions with confidence!

Getting comfortable with managing orders? We’ll dive into the remaining order management tools you should have in your belt: Refunds, Reclasses, and Exchanges. Then we’ll discover how these actions display on reports.

This class will cover a selection of Accounting and Seller Balancing Reports from the Organization to Performance Levels.  We’ll review some of the most commonly used reports such as the Ticket Sales Report and Box Office Report as well as how to use these reports to complement each other.
