The anatomy of a live event ticket has basically been the same since tickets were invented, and for many years the look of these tickets remained essentially unchanged. Fans could find basic event information, but sometimes finding the seat location and other details could be obscured by lots of codes and other specifics that venues might need but that fans do not.
Over the last few years, we’ve been working to improve the user experience and update the user interface of the Etix system, and thought it was time to do the same with our print-at-home tickets. With that in mind, we’ve created a cleaner look that will rolling out in the next few weeks. It’s simplified, easier-to-read, and shows the most important information for both fans and venues.
