This new program will give eligible clients peace of mind by reducing fraud exposure and shielding them from unexpected chargeback losses.
NFC Ticket Validation
We'll build NFC scanning into our new Etix-proprietary PassPoint pedestal.
Box Office AI Assistant
We're introducing an AI-powered assistant inside Box Office to give users instant, conversational answers to common reporting questions.

Etix.com Redesign
Now that we've redesigned the Search, Organization and Venue pages on Etix.com, our event discovery website, it's time to redesign the purchase flows.
Octave POS: Sell Custom Items
This feature enables vendors to add and sell custom, one-time items directly during checkout without needing to preconfigure them as products in the catalog.
Etix Entry & Exhibitor Management
Front Runner will streamline operations for both organizers and exhibitors at fairs of all sizes by facilitating registration, judging, premium payouts and auction sales.
Seat Relay - Buy & Sell
We'll expand the functionality of our opt-in secondary platform to include peer-to-peer marketplace listings for Etix events.
Etix Wallet - Transfer
Customers will be able to transfer tickets seamlessly within the app.

Stripe Connect Integration
Our partnership with Stripe gives Etix clients immediate access to modern payment methods like Apple Pay and Google Pay, helping deliver a faster, more seamless checkout experience for customers.
Thermal Ticket Layout Builder
We're applying our new WYSIWYG layout tool to BOCA and Epson thermal tickets.
Seat Relay - Waitlist
Our opt-in secondary platform will allow patrons to sell tickets to other fans on the waitlist for sold-out Etix events.
Etix Wallet MVP
Our Wallet app will collect all of a patron's Etix tickets in one place. In the initial offering, patrons will be able to view their tickets in the app and add them to their Apple or Google Wallet.
