Mandi

Mandi

Director of Training & Anti-Fraud Solutions

Mandi has held various Box Office Roles in Amphitheatres, Arenas, and Performing Arts Centers before joining Etix in 2007. At Etix Mandi has created the Training Department, collaborated on system development, overseen many high-impact client conversions and currently oversees the Anti-Fraud Department with Krister Larsson. Mandi is also a Co-Officer of CaRTA, the Carolina Regional Ticketing Association and has planned and participated in their events and success since its inception.

Director of Client Success

Kevin joined Etix in November 2010 as a Client Trainer. In June of 2014, he became Manager of Client Services where he is responsible for defining client-driven product initiatives, developing new client onboarding and measuring agent productivity. At Etix, we pride ourselves on a user-friendly platform. It is Kevin’s responsibility to make that vision come alive with our clients. As Kevin likes to say: Watch One. Do One.Teach One.

Director of International Operations & Anti-Fraud Solutions

Krister joined Etix in January 2001. Born and raised in Malmo, Sweden, he came to the United States on a scholarship to play tennis at N. C. State University. Krister oversees the company’s international business in Europe and Asia as well as the Fraud Department together with Mandi Grimm and specializes in Event Management. He also serves on the Board of Directors.

Client Marketing Manager, Rockhouse Partners

Prior to joining Rockhouse Partners in 2016, Alexa worked in the marketing departments of both Live Nation and the Durham Performing Arts Center. Alexa’s passion for data-driven marketing and live entertainment helps her drive innovative solutions for some of Etix’s largest clients; including the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort, and Koka Booth Amphitheatre in Cary, NC. Alexa graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BS in Business Administration with a double concentration in marketing and sales.

Senior Client Trainer

Alyssa began working at Etix in November 2013 as a Training Coordinator. In July of 2014, she changed roles to Client Trainer where she leads onsite, one-on-one and group training sessions as well as plan Etix Live. Before Etix, Alyssa worked for Live Nation as a Marketing Assistant for three concert seasons and an Assistant Box Office Manager for one concert season. Alyssa graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Business Administration.

Client Trainer

Leah joined Etix in June 2017 as a Client Trainer. Prior to joining the Training Department at Etix, Leah gained valuable venue experience as the Volunteer Coordinator for Durham Performing Arts Center. There she developed the onboarding training program, continuing education initiatives and had the privilege of resourcing some of the best in the business! Additionally, Leah brings extensive event coordination experience as an Event Specialist for Cathy Anna Events and a previous conference coordinator for Campus Outreach Raleigh.
