TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS

To and from the hotel: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport supports ride-share providers, as well as standard taxi services.

Ride-Share: Terminal pick-up locations for ride-share service providers are as follows: 

  • Terminal 3: South outer curb, west end between doors #2 and #4
  • Terminal 4: Level 1, north outer curb, far west end outside door #1
  • Terminal 4: Level 1, south outer scrub east end outside doors #6 and #8.

Travel Tip: Customers should arrange their ride once they have all of their bags and are ready to exit the terminal.

There are certain decisions and settings to put in place across your Venue before you start building your Performances. During this class, we’ll work through this checklist, such as how your patrons can cart their tickets, how you are delivering your tickets, and more.

Let’s get acquainted with the Full Season, Flex, and Flex with Group Packages and their capabilities. We’ll also describe use scenarios for each package type.

Did you know that the Etix system has both analytics and CRM tools? In this session, we’ll take a deep dive through the Etix Analytics suite and Etix Community. Leave feeling confident that you’re utilizing all of the data at your disposal to enhance your digital marketing efforts.

In this class, we’ll cover creating your user accounts and granting profile-based permissions. Granting the correct permissions for each profile will enable users to perform role-specific functions within the system. Ready, Set, Role Call.

Discover Account Manager, the Etix customer portal that allows patrons to manage their tickets, memberships, and donations directly from their online account. Each patron can log into their account to make payments, request exchanges, and send tickets to their friends.

Over the past couple of years, marketers have surely been kept on their toes with the ever changing marketing environment – make sure you’re ready to roll by July ’23 as Google sunsets Universal Analytics and transitions to GA4.

You can create your Etix performances from scratch or copy from a template performance. We’ll share the information that copies from Event A to Event B and then get started. Let’s build together!

There are a lot of tools at your disposal to manage season renewals and payments. During Part 1, we’ll cover Payment Plans, placing reserved orders, the renewal process, and the ability to enroll in AutoPay through Account Manager.

Every event has its own life cycle. Join us for marketing tips & tricks to put into play during various points of your event’s life cycle to ensure the best ROI!

Now that your Performance Details are set, let’s add your price codes, their price points, and schedule where they’re available. We’ll finish what we started.

Once a reserved order is placed, it undergoes a journey prior to hopefully being paid in full. During Part 2, we’ll review how to add tickets to a reserved order, apply a partial payment, pay in full, as well as voiding reserved orders.

During this class, we’ll take a thorough look at the two selling screens at your disposal and the various transactions that could occur. Then we’ll touch on all settings that impact your sales screen experience.

Did you know there are two ways to offer discounted tickets to your patrons? In this class, we’ll compare and contrast Discount Codes and Offer Codes to see which option works best for your business.

Selling a ticket is one thing. After the sale is made and the tickets in possession of the patron, there are several things that could go awry. During this class, you’ll be resourced to locate patron orders and perform any action on the order to set things aright!

Buy X Get Y and Price Code Dependency both give your patrons the option to cart a reward or dependant ticket in contingency with the required ticket in the cart. During this class, will discuss the similarities and differences between these two features and scenarios for their use.
